Adult Therapy

“I am large, I contain multitudes”

-Walt Whitman

Are you feeling like functioning well on the outside, but on the inside you feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck?

Adults often come to therapy when they find themselves repeating patterns they don't fully understand, struggling in relationships, navigating a major life transition, or carrying experiences from the past that continue to impact the present.

My work with adults draws particularly on Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and attachment theory. Together, we can explore the experiences and protective patterns that have shaped you, develop greater understanding of your internal world, and create more flexibility in how you respond to yourself and others.

I work with adults experiencing:

  • Anxiety and chronic worry

  • Relationship difficulties and attachment patterns

  • Life transitions and major changes

  • Parenting and family challenges

  • Trauma and difficult past experiences

  • Self-criticism and perfectionism

  • Feeling stuck or overwhelmed

  • Questions about identity, purpose, or direction

Daytime appointments are available for adult clients.
